Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in the United States is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead teams, drive exceptional service, and create a welcoming environment for customers and associates. You will model positive leadership, coach teams, and uphold Dollar Tree's values in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes recruiting and developing staff, managing operations, ensuring compliance and safety, and delivering the store’s profit contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
