Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is a plus.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
• Ability to work in a high‑energy, team environment is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
