Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead a store team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit and develop associates, coach operations and merchandising, and oversee daily activities to ensure smooth performance.

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift between 30 to 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
