As a Store Manager you will lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, developing talent, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be a retail maverick who can handle anything and believe in developing talent.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the store achieves the sales plan or comparable sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative and passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through social media, store web applications, and clienteling.
• Lead operationally sound business with balanced structure and customer‑first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink, loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and other business factors.
• Communicate trends and customer feedback collaboratively with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets.
• Adapt to new technologies, communicate company policies and procedures, and control supply ownership.
• Merchandise the store effectively, leveraging planograms and launching promotions on time.
• Build a bench of equally talented staff through mentorship, recognition, and feedback.

What You'll Need

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience with strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills.
• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; degree preferred.
• Ability to handle fast‑changing retail environment and adapt to curveballs.
• Open‑mindfulness and curiosity about pop‑culture fandoms and trends.
• Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 lb.

Salary: $65,699.00–$114,850.00 (payscale). Position is full‑time. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior.
