Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences at Store 2968-Five Oaks-ANN-Sevierville, TN. You will drive profitability, coach staff, and ensure top-tier service across an omnichannel environment.

You will hire and develop a capable team, uphold brand standards, and manage daily operations, including opening and closing. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a comfort with store technology and budgeting.

• 2+ years in store management or service industry roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

You’ll bring to the role

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)

• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
