Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for Myrtle Beach, SC. This role requires owning store operations, leading a team of 8–15 across all shifts, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage inventories, banking, and programs while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The position is hourly with a minimum of 52 hours per week and includes a $1500 sign-on bonus after six months, plus weekly pay, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.

Qualifications

• Open availability with ability to work any shift.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person when coverage is needed - you\'ll typically work days but must be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle all banking and cash deposits - must have a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on anything the store needs - including cross-training and stepping in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

The pay range listed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum rate for the position. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and the shift for which the candidate is hired.

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 52 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week.
