GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager for Dixie Mart in Minden, LA. You will lead a team of 8-15, own store operations, and drive performance with hands-on leadership across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; available for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members; focus on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and support deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).

• Retail or food management experience preferred.

• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.

• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.

• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old

• Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification

Compensation & Benefits Disclosure

This Store Manager role is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week; the annual compensation reflects a base hourly wage for 40 hours and overtime pay for all hours worked beyond 40 each week.
