As the Store Manager, you will :

  • Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including :
  • Store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash / inventory shortages), and shrinkage.Daily paperwork and computer entries.Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire! Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.

Other extremelyimportant responsibilities include :

  • Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel.
  • Motivate, encourage, and challenge all employees.
  • Provide coaching and development to prepare team members for future career opportunities.
  • Ensure performance standards are maintained.

Here's what we're looking for :

  • 2-3 years' management experience in a convenience store, retail store, or fast food / restaurant operation. (experience with budgets and P&Ls is a huge plus!)
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A desire to build, lead, inspire, and grow a team of outstanding individuals.
