Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Store Manager to lead its St. Louis Outlet store in Chesterfield, Missouri. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operation of the store, including team management, merchandise, and sales results. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for loss prevention compliance, HR management, and visual merchandising presentation. The Store Manager will lead by example and deliver positive, inclusive client experiences that contribute to the overall commercial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Business Acumen:

  • Lead team to achieve sales targets
  • Implement a KPI-driven culture
  • Analyze sales data to identify performance and opportunities

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver excellence and exceed client expectations
  • Build long-term client relationships through clienteling
  • Implement CRM initiatives and promote brand awareness via community engagement and store events
  • Ensure visual standards are met and maintained in partnership with visual merchandising team

People Management:

  • Develop, train, and motivate staff to meet sales goals
  • Manage recruitment and build talent pipelines
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Create development plans and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Schedule staff effectively and handle employee relations in partnership with HR

Operations:

  • Manage daily store operations to meet KPIs and P&L targets
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrinkage
  • Manage budgets and control costs
  • Oversee merchandise processing and scheduling based on peak hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing teams in retail/customer service
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and customer experience
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
