The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. "Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?" The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve customers and drive sales revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead through the UNTUCKit CORE values

9. Control inventory levels and provide feedback to corporate partners on trends
10. Empower Assistant Manager to manage visual operations and provide guidance
11. Maintain strong knowledge of multi-channel POS Systems
12. Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent
13. Manage all aspects of operational compliance within the store
14. Accurately track store budgets and manage ordering procedures
15. Analyze sales and expense reports
16. Network within your market and keep corporate partners informed of local trends
17. Take on additional responsibilities from your market managers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a retail manager
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Growth and development mindset with strong business acumen
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Excellent knowledge of retail point of sale systems
• Proficiency in Apple technology, G-Suite, and Multi-channel POS systems
• BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in the store
• Flexible scheduling; available to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Expected hours: 40 hours/week, 5 days a week
