Job summary

Stonebriar Automotive Services LLC, owner of Jiffy Lube locations, is seeking a Store Manager to provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, and direction to store teammates to meet operational objectives. The role focuses on guest service, store financial performance, and maintaining an energetic, fun environment.

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Experience with training and coaching staff is preferred.
• Ability to implement safety standards and enforce procedures.

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with management experience, we can train you. A current and valid driver's license is required.
