Job summary

Stonebriar Automotive Services seeks a Store Manager for its Jiffy Lube location. You will provide hands-on leadership, drive guest service goals, oversee training, and guide safety and daily operations.

This role targets improving store financial performance while maintaining an energetic, fun work environment. A current driver's license is required; previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but training is available.

We're seeking talented candidates for a Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing "hands-on" overall leadership
• Training

• Motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives

• Guest service must meet or exceed company goals
• Ensure an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.

Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a stable work history in a physical environment with management experience, we can train you. A current and valid driver's license is required.
