Job Title: Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly Rate: $21.41 - $21.66 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Physical Demands:

8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
