Job Title: Store Manager - Spirit

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Year-End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Control expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.
