Store Manager - Spirit Halloween

The hourly rate ranges from $20.00 to $20.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Applications will be accepted until 11/23/25.

Benefits include: Colorado Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Control expenses, manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 21.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Physical Demands:

• Stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
