Job Responsibilities: The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Responsibilities include shrink management, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
Qualifications: Minimum age of 21, flexible schedule, physical ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
