Position: Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $19.23 - $19.48 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role oversees and is accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 21. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.

Qualifications

Prior retail management experience is required.
