We are looking for a purpose-driven Store Manager to join our expanding team and become an ambassador of our brand. Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver a great guest experience and inspire healthy, active lifestyles.
- Utilize operational tools like Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling and inventory management to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers regarding inventory and shipments.
- Review store environment and KPIs to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage cash activities, including daily deposits.
- Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and store cleanliness standards.
- Uphold brand standards aligned with the company vision.
- Implement company programs and motivate the team to meet operational standards.
- Develop local marketing plans, including community outreach and events.
- Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments creatively and effectively.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of POS systems, OSHA, EEOC, and relevant laws.
- ServSafe Certification.
