Position: Full-Time

Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, analyze store performance, and lead a team to meet KPIs, including Net Promoter Score, sales goals, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Training and coaching staff
  • Analyzing reports and implementing improvement plans
  • Attracting and hiring engaged team members
  • Partnering with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer experience
  • Maintaining store operations, inventory, and visual standards
  • Ensuring safety programs are followed

Basic qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years management experience
  • Knowledge of operations and business implications
  • Strong communication, team building, and sales skills
  • Familiarity with optical products and technology

Preferred qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Optical licensure or certification (if applicable)
  • Experience in retail and customer service
