You will oversee all aspects of store performance, from sales and operations to team development and client engagement.Share product knowledge and brand storytelling to inspire and educate the team. Ensure a seamless and branded onboarding experience for new hires. **Client Experience & Community Engagement** 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or beauty.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
