Responsibilities

• Build a culture of working back from the customer
• Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance results
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the Five Below service model
• Create an amazing store environment by anticipating customer needs
• Maintain all merchandising and operational standards according to Brand Standards

Develop a High Performing Crew

• Hire and engage talented employees, ensuring they are in the right roles at the right time
• Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to inspire accountability
• Partner with District Manager and HR for employee development and performance management
• Create a safe environment for customers and staff
• Implement talent plans to attract and retain top talent

Drive a Consistent Business

• Analyze business results and leverage data to improve performance
• Manage payroll budgets and staff schedules effectively
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Oversee inventory management and store maintenance
• Adhere to SOPs and legal requirements
