Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Paducah, KY to oversee the entire store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest service. You will manage staffing, merchandising, inventory, and expenses for a seasonal store, with a strong emphasis on loss prevention and profitability.

You must be 21 or older, flexible in schedule, and capable of standing for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Store Manager oversees total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses.
• Responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
