Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and develop the team.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and store safety.
• Drive WOW! customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to optimize profitability.
• Analyze store performance and reconcile P&L statements.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and provide performance feedback.
