Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Springfield, MO seeks a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store and maximize sales and profitability. You will establish exceptional Guest Services, manage expenses, and ensure control of shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the seasonal shop.

Applicants should have prior retail management experience, be at least 21, and maintain a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 21 and flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
