Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking Store Manager positions at various levels from entry to experienced. You will lead by example, oversee daily store operations, and train team members to deliver world-class customer service in a mission-driven environment.

The role includes opening/closing, cash handling, reporting, and ensuring safe store conditions while maintaining inventory flow. Evening and weekend availability is often required to meet business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example and support a culture of world‑class customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting.
• Support and train team members in areas like customer service, merchandising, donation flow, pricing, and safety.
• Ensure clean, organized, safe store conditions while maintaining inventory flow and product rotation.

What You Need

• Previous retail experience; leadership experience preferred (not required for all roles).
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example while supporting a team‑oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning POS and reporting tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 25–40 lbs depending on role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred open availability; must be willing to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
