Store Manager - Polaris Fashion Place (Columbus, OH)

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, interview, and hire employees and managers
  2. Train, develop, and retain staff
  3. Maintain high store morale
  4. Enhance our selling culture through the 5 steps of selling
  5. Provide immediate and written feedback
  6. Motivate employees and managers
  7. Ensure store operations and visual standards meet AKIRA's expectations
  8. Enforce all AKIRA policies
  9. Meet and exceed sales goals at individual and store levels
  10. Lead by example to promote AKIRA’s culture and principles

Requirements:

  • Passion for fashion
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High motivation and sense of urgency
  • At least 1 year of retail management experience
  • Ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively

  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and customer service
