Responsibilities

• Develop, assign tasks, and ensure store is clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Maintain professional image and schedule staff per business needs.
• Handle safety, training in cash handling and loss prevention.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain store relationships.
• Prepare performance feedback and train on safety procedures.
