• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and store operations.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L awareness.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
