Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years minimum of management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work varying hours incl. mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, evaluate, and retain management and associate talent.
• Drive total store sales and profitability.
• Lead a guest-centric culture and use feedback tools to drive improvements.
• Guide merchandising direction, product flow, inventory and signage.
