Job summary

StorageMart in Peculiar, Missouri is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales while upholding our Easy, Clean, Service standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage accounts and light maintenance.

You’ll travel between locations as needed, supervise staff, and ensure the facility remains safe and welcoming for customers and their belongings. Basic computer skills and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and administrative experience is a plus (training provided for the right candidate!).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer needs.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining our consistent standards across all sites.
