Lori’s Gifts is seeking a Store Manager to lead a guest-focused team and drive sales in a hospital gift shop setting. You will oversee staffing, training, and store operations while maintaining compassionate service aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in specialty or big-box retail a plus.
