Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single location in Orange Park, FL. You will hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead daily operations and uphold safety, quality and service standards. A structured leadership training program of eight weeks or more will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
