What You'll Do As A Store Manager:

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success.

As an Associate, you will be required to uphold high standards of integrity and ethics to comply with all Company Policies. Additionally, you must maintain a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Associates alike, in an open-kitchen environment where interaction with individuals of all ages, including minors and seniors, is common.

Pay Range: $29.5 per hour - $41.3 per hour

*Individual pay within this range depends on various factors including location and experience. Panda reserves the right to modify or terminate bonus programs at any time.
