Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is 100% committed to the professional and personal development of our family of associates. You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.
Don't worry! In order to prepare you for success, we will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
As an Associate, you will be required to uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics to comply with all Company Policies. Additionally, we require our Associates to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Associates alike, in an open-kitchen environment where you regularly encounter and interact with individuals of all ages, including minors and seniors.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across countertops is required. Kitchens are hot and noisy; storage space is limited and high shelving is common. Employees must adapt to a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts.

Pay Range: $29 per hour - $40.6 per hour. Actual pay depends on location and experience. Panda reserves the right to modify or terminate bonus programs at any time.
