Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda is committed to the professional and personal development of our associates. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

What You'll Do As A Store Manager:

You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We will provide an 8-week or longer leadership training program to prepare you for success.

As an Associate, you must uphold high standards of integrity and ethics, comply with all company policies, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates. The environment involves interaction with individuals of all ages, including minors and seniors.

Pay Range: $29.5 - $41.3 per hour. Pay is determined by location and experience. Bonuses are not guaranteed and programs may change at any time.
