What You'll Do As A Store Manager:

You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

As an Associate, you will be required to uphold a high standard of integrity and ethics to comply with all Company Policies. Additionally, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for Guests and Associates is essential, especially in an open-kitchen environment where interaction with individuals of all ages occurs.
