What You'll Do As A Store Manager:
You are responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will have the opportunity to make your store a success.
To prepare you for this role, we provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
