Qualifications

• At least 5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 10 or more.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent multitasking, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Enthusiasm for the sports industry, outdoors, and fashion.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and inspire the team with a compelling store vision, reflecting the Salomon brand.
• Manage the store balanced scorecard across people, operations, finance and customers.
• Ensure understanding of customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Be present on the shop floor and engage with customers and staff.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet market and customer demand.
• Deliver operational best practices in partnership with District Manager.
• Oversee safety, health standards, and a secure environment.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and policy adherence.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of Sales Associates.
• Support personal career development of store team.
