Job summary

KnitWell Group in San Jose, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and maintain visual standards. You will coach your team, ensure a welcoming environment, and guide daily operations across the store.

You will manage day-to-day activities, open/close, analyze performance reports, hire and develop talent, and foster community engagement through omnichannel tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
