Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, leasing, and team performance at Store #6050. You will drive occupancy, supervise a team, and coordinate maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to tenants.

The role involves coordinating with the home office, maintaining strong tenant relationships, and ensuring the property runs smoothly. A competitive bonus plan and benefits are included, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour.

Store Manager (Store # 6050 - Pompano Beach, FL) Job Summary

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with the home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. SmartStop Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.
