Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Nike Factory Store in Thornton, CO. You will lead a high-volume retail team, coach staff, manage budgets, and execute brand initiatives to drive sales and exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee store operations, partner with district teams, and foster a culture of service, teamwork, and performance. Nike offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities across our global community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Minimum of four years of store management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $98,400.00 to $147,600.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
