Nike Store Manager Battery Park City in New York, NY is seeking a seasoned leader to coach and develop a high‑performing team while driving sales and customer service excellence.

You will oversee store operations, budgeting, and initiatives, lead with Nike’s service principles, and foster a welcoming community presence. This full‑time role requires 6+ years retail experience and 4+ years of management, with nights/weekends on rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of store management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 to $145,800.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Putting Your Best Foot Forward

• Minimum of 6 years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Minimum of 4 years of store management experience
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
