Job summary

Michael Kors is hiring a Store Manager for the outlet in New York. You will lead a dynamic team to deliver an elevated client experience, drive sales, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires at least 2 years of Store Manager experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You will recruit talent, develop staff, and leverage Omni-channel tools to grow the business.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
