Qualifications

• Three+ years of retail management experience.

• Proficient with POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds; able to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage store associates.
• Lead customer service and sales on the selling floor.
• Ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Manage payroll, expenses, and shrinkage.
