Functions & Responsibilities
- Generate Sales:
- Meet and exceed store financial goals
- Measure and develop store and crew performance goals to increase profitability
- Actively look for opportunities to drive additional sales and traffic
- Be aware of market competitor activities
- Support and source in-store and HQ-driven events
- Support and communicate HQ initiatives
Customer Experience:- Ensure the store reflects the brand’s vision through engaging customer service
- Develop customers into repeat shoppers through follow-up and email capture
- Educate crew and customers on product info and brand initiatives
- Support store systems that enhance customer experience
- Encourage feedback from customers to improve products and environment
Crew Development:- Maintain a welcoming, energetic, professional store environment
- Create schedules supporting excellent customer service
- Develop and educate assistant managers and crew members
- Conduct meetings and team-building activities
- Recognize and reward performance
- Foster open communication with staff and HQ
- Maintain a talent pool for timely recruitment
Operations:- Ensure store compliance with standards and laws
- Support operational execution and evaluate efficiency
- Maintain merchandise controls and loss prevention awareness
- Meet payroll expectations and manage profit and loss
Merchandising:- Ensure visual standards align with brand and customer needs
- Manage restocking and visual merchandising based on sales data
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume business
- 3+ years retail supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven staff development and mentorship skills
- Industry awareness and a commitment to career growth
- Leadership, creativity, adaptability, integrity
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Effective selling techniques and retail business acumen
- Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, overnights
- Passion for making people happy and leading by example

Employees must be able to stand/move for extended periods, reach, carry, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Salary range: $70k-$87k.
