Your new role

Are you a trendsetter and not afraid to show your unique style? As the part-time (32 hours) Store Manager of our St Ives Midas Store, you will be responsible for taking your store to the next level! You will lead your team to create a great customer experience, increase sales, and maintain operational store standards. With a best-in-class Point of Sale system, you will have the tools to achieve these goals.

Duties
  1. Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
  2. Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
  3. Manage rosters and control wages
  4. Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve store targets
  5. Coach, develop, and mentor your team
Skills & Experience
  1. Passion for coaching and developing your team
