Your new role

If you're a trend setter unafraid to show your unique style, as Store Manager of our Midas Claremont store, you'll be responsible for elevating your store's performance. You will lead your team to deliver excellent customer experiences, increase sales, and maintain operational standards, supported by a best-in-class Point of Sale system.

Duties
  1. Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
  2. Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
  3. Manage rosters and control wages
  4. Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve store targets
  5. Coach, develop, and mentor your team
Skills & Experience
  1. Passion for coaching and developing your team
  2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  3. Ability to create a customer service culture
  4. Drive performance within your team
