Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training to prepare for success.
