We have a full-time position as a store manager at our Airport location. We offer a great commission structure along with your hourly wage and salary depending on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits. Those who excel in sales and customer service and thrive in a team environment are encouraged to apply.

Job Purpose:
  1. Managerial duties such as inventory, operations, and sales coaching.
  2. Achieve your quota every month by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.
  3. Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
  4. Troubleshoot and find solutions, helping customers find Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to create long-term customer relationships.
  6. Be a reliable team member with good communication skills.
  7. Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
  8. Develop employees through training and accountability.
  9. Develop marketing and sales plans for your location and for your employees.
