Your new role

As the Store Manager of our Mathers Tamworth store, you will be responsible for elevating store performance. You will lead your team to deliver excellent customer experiences, increase sales, and uphold operational standards, supported by our best-in-class Point of Sale system.

Duties

• Provide and maintain a high level of customer experience
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
• Manage rosters and control wages
• Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to achieve targets
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members
